On Saturday, Iran’s Mohammad Abbas Abadi went to the platform in 120 kg category. In total of his three moves in squat, deadlift and press bench, he managed to raise 600 kg and finished fourth. This added 7 points to Iranian team and raised the raised the team ranking.
Poland claimed the title and Hungary finished runner-up with 36 and 31 points respectively.
Earlier, Navid Yazdani snatched the silver medal of 74kg’s category. Also, breaking the world record, Mohammad Raiesi grabbed two gold and one silver of 84 kg category.
The competition started on July 8 and wrapped up on July 14 in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
